Kontrol Coffee Draw/Sweepstake Terms & Conditions UK.

The draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway") is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Ubisoft. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter (defined below). The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway") and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (see below). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway") must be directed to the Promoter.

By entering the draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions“).  Promotional materials relating to the draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway"), including all information on how to enter the draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway"), also form part of these Terms and Conditions.  In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

This draw/sweepstake ("Giveaway") is promoted and operated by Collab Coffee Ltd, registered at Office 1, 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, United Kingdom, EC1R 5HL. Any references to "us", "our", or "we" within these terms refer to Collab Coffee.

• Eligibility:

• To be eligible to enter the Kontrol Coffee Giveaway, participants must be a minimum of 13 years of age.
• This Giveaway is exclusive to residents of the United Kingdom.
• Officers, directors, representatives, and employees of Collab Coffee, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any related companies, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate.
• Any competition entrant who has not attained the age of 13 by the date of entry shall not be eligible to enter the giveaway. All entrants must adhere to any age-related restrictions and stipulations.
  
  Entry Procedures:
  

• Absolutely NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED to enter or win this Giveaway.
• To enter, participants must click on the link and fill in the required details into the landing page form.
• Any attempts to enter the Giveaway through methods not specified in these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
  
  Winner Selection & Notification:

• Winners will be chosen entirely at random from all valid, eligible entries received during the stipulated time frame. 6th- 14th June 2024.
• Successful participants will receive an email notification.
• Should a winner fail to respond within a 7 working-day window or be found ineligible for any reason, Collab Coffee reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Only one winner will be chosen representing the UK.

• No prize substitutions are allowed, and prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Prizes are non-transferable.
• Publicity Rights:
• By participating, entrants grant Collab Coffee unrestricted rights to use their names, photographs, voices, and likenesses for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
  
  General Terms:
  

• Collab Coffee reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate this Giveaway at its sole discretion, and disclaim any liability in case of force majeure events.
• Collab Coffee Ltd will not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical, transmission, or other conditions.
• Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the decision of Collab Coffee regarding the Giveaway is final.
• Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Collab Coffee reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Collab Coffee may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Prize Draw is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void.  Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants may make a maximum of 1 entry into the Prize Draw. Any entries in addition to this may be disqualified.

• Personal data submitted during the entry process will be processed in line with the Privacy Policy available at wearecollabcoffee.com.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
• This Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes arising in relation thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
  
  Acceptance of Terms:

• By participating, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the Giveaway.
